מהו להרוג עובר קודם לידה?
למרות שיש רבנים אורטודקסיים למשל ספר ציץ אליעזר, בישראל וכן פינשטין באמרקה, שהעיזו לכתוב שמותר להרוג עובר בהריון ולמרות שמצאתי רמזים בתורה להפריד רצח עובר מרצח, עדיין יש נזק לעובר, גם אם לא נחשב רצח, ולא חמור כמו רצח ביום של לידה, ובזה אני "מחמיר" יותר מאורטוקקסים לאסור, בלי עונש, והשיקול מדין קל וחומר כי אסור להזיק לפי הדת אפילו עלי לשלם, לא רק כאשר אני מזיק אלא עוד כאשר כלב שלי הזיק, לא רק נזק לאדם אלא אפילו נזק לחפצים כלים או מזון לכן בוודאי נזק לעובר בוודאי יותר נזק כי יש נזק ומוות של העובר של האדם אומנם לפי המסורת "אין עונש מדין קל וחומר" ועדיין בחברה מוסרית ראוי להעניש רופא שעושה נזק לעובר כדי להרתיע את המעשה הזה אולי עובר אחד יינצל מהורים שמסוגלים להרוג בן לא זר !! בן ובן שקטן שנסחב בגוף, שונה מאוד "מלחבר אדם זר ומבוגר מבחוץ" כדי להציל חייו, כי העובר קטן, ובפנים בכלל, ובפרט בן
!!
לא זר כתם זה לא רק על ההורים שמסוגל להתלם מהבן שקרוב משפחה אלא על החברה שהמוסר של החברה מכוער שלא מכבד ערך חיי אדם ולא מונע נזק כאשר ברור שיש נזק לעובר הן בהפלה בהריון ובהפסקת הריון וגם יש פצע ומחסור חלק מהגוף בברית מילה שראוי בחברה מוסרית להעניש את הרופא אלא הורים לא ימצאו ואולי ילד אחד יינצל.
